財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager/Subsidiary Finance

A global technology company is looking for a Finance Manager / Subsidiary Finance. The selected candidate will oversee the financial management of Japanese and Korean subsidiaries, including financial operations, budgeting, cash flow, tax compliance, business analysis, and strategic financial support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations management of Japanese and Korean subsidiaries, including financial systems, processes, and internal control mechanisms
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly financial reporting, and business analysis
• Manage subsidiary entities, including business transitions, integrations, and registration changes
• Manage intercompany transactions, including transaction analysis, settlement, and hardware price adjustments
• Develop short-term funding plans and long-term cash flow strategies for subsidiaries
• Liaise with banks and foreign exchange authorities to support subsidiary financial management
• Manage tax compliance and forecast foreign currency exposure to support hedging activities
• Support investment, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansion projects through financial analysis and risk assessment
• Coordinate with business operations, HR, legal affairs, and supply chain teams as the East Asia representative for subsidiary finance
• Report operational status and financial performance regularly to headquarters

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
