ファイナンスビジネスパートナー/ Finance Business Partner

A global medical device company is looking for a Finance Business Partner. The selected candidate will lead FP&A, financial reporting, business partnering, governance support, and daily financial management for the Japan entity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting
• Analyse financial performance, KPIs, profitability, sales effectiveness, and market trends
• Partner with R&D, QA&RA, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on financial planning and decision support
• Provide financial modelling for pricing, contracts, investments, new products, and market expansion
• Oversee accounting, monthly reporting, audits, tax filings, and local compliance matters
• Support governance, statutory filings, office administration, vendor coordination, and operational setup

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related domain
• More than 8 years of experience in financial management roles within trading companies or multinational corporations in the medical device industry
• Knowledge of trading company operations, including ERP systems, order management, payments, warehousing, and shipping processes
• Understanding of international accounting standards and financial management system
• Professional level Japanese; business level written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in start-up environments
