会計士/ Accountant

A global medical technology company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will manage accounting ledgers, perform financial closing and reporting, support statutory compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the integrity and accuracy of accounting ledgers
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in accordance with US GAAP
• Perform daily cash application and credit limit control
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, P&L analysis, fixed asset accounting, and inter-company reconciliations
• Assist with statutory accounting entries, corporate tax filings, and VAT returns
• Support internal controls, policy implementation, and process standardisation with internal auditors
• Prepare monthly deferred service revenue entries
• Collaborate with the Genpact team to support smooth monthly closing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting
• Good interpersonal skills with experience working in a diverse multinational environment
• Ability to organise and communicate information clearly
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of US GAAP and JGAAP
• Experience with Oracle and Concur
• Experience with Power BI Report and Power Query
