ファンド会計担当シニアマネージャー/ Fund Accounting Senior Manager

An international financial services company is looking for a Fund Accounting Senior Manager. The selected candidate will oversee real estate fund accounting, client deliverables, audits, compliance, and fund administration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund accounting and administration services for assigned real estate fund clients
• Manage client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
• Act as the main client contact and strengthen relationships through responsive service
• Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and J-GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP disclosures
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, FSA deadlines, capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations
• Support transactions, client onboarding, cross-office coordination, and process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or business
• More than 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience in working with foreign clients
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English
