GL会計リーダー/ GL Accounting Lead

A global medical device manufacturing company is looking for a GL Accounting Lead. The selected candidate will oversee AR operations, general ledger accounting, financial close, tax compliance, and audit coordination while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end AR processes including billing, collections, and dispute resolution
• Monitor AR aging, credit exposure, and collection performance to ensure timely cash flow
• Coordinate with shared services and local teams to resolve discrepancies and optimise receivables
• Lead financial close activities, reporting, and reconciliations in compliance with USGAAP
• Manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional initiatives across accounting and finance teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, tax field
• Experience in US GAAP accounting and SOX audit management
• Prior experience in foreign affiliated companies who carry inventory of products
• Proven experience in developing financial models including balance sheets and statements of cash flows, in addition to income statements
• Background in ERP (Oracle is preferred)
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

• Prior people supervising experience in small size team
• Possess valid USCPA/JICPA qualification
