財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A renowned specialty chemicals company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will support financial closing, statutory reporting, internal controls, tax coordination, AP operations, and finance process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and procedures
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing with shared services
• Support financial statements, audit preparation, and statutory reporting
• Maintain internal controls, JSOX processes, and tax compliance support
• Handle AP payments, accounting queries, and finance-related operational requests
• Improve financial control processes while ensuring secure handling of financial data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a finance related domain
• Experience in financial reporting and operation using ERP system (JDE, SAP is ideal)
• Prior experience participating in projects within multi-stakeholder, multidisciplinary, and multicultural environments, including regional and country-specific issues and challenges
• Possess valid professional accounting qualification (Nissho Boki)
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
