会計マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global medical devices company is seeking an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will manage accounting activities, support audits and forecasts, and ensure accurate financial control and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries in SAP in collaboration with an outsourcing partner
• Perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Process travel expense reimbursements and maintain vendor and customer master data
• Support the Financial Controller with monthly and quarterly corporate reporting
• Assist in internal control processes and audit requirements
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, manage payment requests, and oversee cash collection
• Handle petty cash and tax-related payments
• Support budget and forecast updates, including sales data maintenance and COGS calculation
• Conduct data analysis and liaise with headquarters for financial planning and reporting
• Maintain finance-related documentation, including journals, invoices, and contracts

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of financial accounting experience using SAP
• More than 3 years of consecutive experience at a foreign company as a permanent employee
• Proficient in Excel (lookup, sumif, pivot; macro creation is a plus)
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
