ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global asset management firm is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, tax, and audit functions for its Japan entities. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance with JGAAP and IFRS standards. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, reporting, tax, and audit activities for Japan entities (TKGK and TMK)
• Coordinate with outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with JGAAP, IFRS, and tax requirements
• Review and validate financial statements, tax deliverables, and journal entries for accuracy
• Prepare management and financial reports including forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations
• Collaborate with business units and headquarters on financial planning and reporting
• Support audits, tax reviews, and ad-hoc projects such as acquisitions and system improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accountancy or ACCA
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting or audit
• More than 3 years of managerial experience
• Experience in real estate SPC accounting or tax
• Prior experience in SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation is ideal
• Proven experience in real estate or financial services industry is a plus
• Background in finance operations
• Knowledge in accounting
• Understanding of GAAP and IFRS
• Native level Japanese; business level English
