会計士/ Accountant

A multinational logistics company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will support financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, manage payments and collections, and collaborate with global shared services teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in financial reporting, control, and income and outgoing management
• Collaborate with shared services teams in Manila and Warsaw to ensure smooth daily settlement processes
• Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices
• Identify and resolve collection-related issues proactively
• Plan, organise, and manage workload to meet monthly financial reporting deadlines accurately
• Provide administrative and financial support to management
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Respond to finance-related queries and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting or related finance roles
• Experience working for a global company
• Knowledge equivalent to Japanese commercial bookkeeping level 3+
• Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Professional level Japanese and English (TOEIC 600+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP ERP
