Global Finance Department Head

A multinational industrial automation company is looking for a Global Finance Division – Department Manager. The selected candidate will lead accounting and finance operations, oversee financial strategy execution, manage consolidated budgeting, and support operational efficiency across group companies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute headquarters and group financial strategies
• Formulate and manage consolidated budgets
• Act as a liaison for management and supervisory matters with group companies
• Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations across all companies
• Strengthen team development and organisational leadership
• Monitor and analyse business performance
• Manage and supervise funding, operations, debt, and receivables to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience as a head of the accounting or finance department in a publicly listed Prime Market company with comprehensive oversight of accounting functions

Preferred requirements:

• Daily conversational level English
