財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international data centre services company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will manage financial operations for growing business projects, provide business partnering support, and oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in transforming, developing, and managing the finance team
• Manage all financial operations for new and growing businesses including revenue, cost, forecasting, analysis, and planning
• Oversee balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow management for assigned projects
• Partner with internal stakeholders and provide financial insights and support
• Plan and analyse financial data to optimise project financial performance
• Collaborate with Japan and global finance organisations
• Establish effective financial processes for new business initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional company functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a finance-related field
• More than 4 years of experience in a similar finance role or related position
• Experience working in a fast-paced, changing business environment
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid CPA or related financial qualification
