財務会計アナリスト/ Financial Accounting Analyst

A global consumer healthcare and nutrition company is looking for a Financial Accounting Analyst. The selected candidate will manage core accounting operations, support financial reporting activities, and contribute to finance transformation and compliance initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and related operations
• Prepare and execute bank payments and support cash flow management activities
• Perform monthly and year-end closing including journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Oversee fixed asset and lease asset control processes
• Manage accounts receivable activities including ageing analysis, DSO reporting, and collections support with commercial teams
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
• Review travel and expense claims and process related payments
• Support Accounts Payable processes in coordination with shared service centres and internal teams
• Prepare vendor master data including bank information updates
• Support tax-related activities including withholding tax, property tax, office tax, corporate tax, and consumption tax reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in AP, AR, SOX, or T&E functions
• Experience with SAP, Concur, Ariba, or similar ERP systems
• Experience with shared service centre environments and global companies
• Strong Excel skills, including SUMIF, Pivot Table, and VLOOKUP
• Possess a valid Japan Bookkeeping Certification Level 2+
• Native level Japanese; business level written and reading English
