GLマネージャー/ GL Manager

A global environmental services company is seeking a GL Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, team management, and financial process improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual settlements, including year-end adjustments
• Lead and supervise the accounting management team
• Handle financial accounting inquiries from assigned business lines
• Drive improvements in finance processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in accounting (monthly and annual settlement practice)
• Experience in tax investigations and audits
• Prior experience in SAP or other ERP environment
• Proven experience in people management or leadership
• Knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS
• Possess valid Bookkeeping level 2+
• Possess valid CPA or USCPA exam passer is a plus
• Business level English (TOEIC 600+) is ideal
