与信業務担当/ Credit Operation

A global financial services institution is seeking a Credit Operation / Agency Officer. The selected candidate will manage loan operations, documentation, and agency responsibilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Review and comment on finance and loan documents
• Verify fulfilment of loan conditions before and after drawdowns
• Liaise with legal counsels, clients, lenders, and external parties on loan agreements and related matters
• Facilitate waiver and amendment requests from clients or lenders
• Handle loan administration including drawdowns, rollovers, transfers, and recordkeeping
• Contribute to risk control, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 7 years of professional experience
• 5-10 years of experience in structured finance (Aviation, Export/Project Finance and corporate finance)
• 5-10 years of experience in syndication agency
• Experience in JOLCO is ideal
• Prior experience in JBIC/ NEXI transactions is a plus
• Business level Japanese and English
