ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A global cosmetics and bath products manufacturer is looking for a Business Analyst. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance management. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support business planning and forecasting activities
• Prepare and analyse regular business and financial reports
• Monitor business performance and identify key trends and variances
• Provide analysis to support business decisions and planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and financial matters
• Contribute to reporting, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, business administration
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, audit or financial analysis
• Knowledge of P&L and basic financial concepts
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in retail, beauty, luxury, FMCG or eCommerce
• Prior experience BI or financial planning tools
