顧客請求・支払スタッフ/ Customer Billing and Payment Staff

A global technology company is looking for a Customer Billing and Payment Staff. The selected candidate will manage billing, payment processing, order data, and related communications across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry and verification for system orders, changes, and cancellations
• Issue invoices, send billing documents, and confirm payments
• Process customer payment data, including refunds and settlements
• Match payment records and prepare payment-related data
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with multiple teams through clear and flexible communication

Requirements:

• Experience in data aggregation and analysis using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Prior experience in billing operations

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in back-office operations, from order placement to billing (accounts receivable) and payment (accounts payable) management
• Prior experience with AR and AP
• Proven experience using CRM tools (Kintone or Salesforce)
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry or web literacy
• Proficient in reading and written English; professional level Japanese
