A global insurance company is looking for a Reinsurance Actuary. The selected candidate will drive reinsurance strategy, support deal structuring, and enhance capital efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop reinsurance strategies aligned with financial goals
• Collaborate with partners to deliver effective risk and capital management solutions
• Structure and negotiate reinsurance transactions
• Support the development of reinsurance plans for new insurance products
• Optimise capital use through tailored reinsurance solutions
• Partner with internal teams to implement strategic reinsurance initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in the insurance or finance domains
• Experience in life insurance or comparable financial industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid Actuarial qualification at fellowship level
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
