A renowned hospitality company is seeking a Secretary/Admin. The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior management. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel for the MD and Deputy MD
  • Handle communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations
  • Coordinate communication between executives, staff, and external partners
  • Organise meetings, events, and internal announcements
  • Assist in project planning, research, and ensure confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English
