A renowned professional services firm is looking for an experienced Office Manager. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, manage internal functions, lead staff, and ensure compliance with information security standards. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a small team, setting performance goals and encouraging development
  • Oversee day-to-day internal operations including office resources, vendor management, and documentation
  • Coordinate HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare initiatives
  • Lead and maintain ISO 27001 accreditation and manage information security audits
  • Support overseas offices and manage communication with external institutions
  • Handle ad-hoc internal projects and provide backup for reception duties

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in an international operations role
  • Experience managing a small team and delegating proper tasks to team members
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Business level written and spoken Japanese and English
