コミュニケーションコーディネーター/ Communication Coordinator

A renowned professional services firm is looking for a Communication Coordinator. The selected candidate will coordinate outsourcing services and facilitate communication between clients and overseas offices.

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of outsourcing services through coordination and tracking
• Translate and interpret client communications related to accounting and payroll
• Handle client requests for service updates, data collection, and clarification
• Work closely with overseas offices to ensure timely and accurate information flow
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Assist in aligning service delivery with client expectations

Requirements:

• Experience developing subsidiaries in Japan is ideal
• Prior experience working with judicial scriveners, tax accountants, or labor and social security attorneys is a plus
• Proven experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders is advantageous
• Knowledge of Japanese corporate law, tax regulations, and labor law is desired
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 860+)
