カスタマーサービス/ Customer Service
A multinational industrial technology manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service professional. The selected candidate will manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and support sales activities. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using SAP in compliance with order policies
- Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Review customer backlog weekly to meet billing and performance targets
- Coordinate with factories and internal teams to improve order and delivery processes
- Handle order issues, complaints, returns, and replacements
- Support customer visits and sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
- More than 3 years of experience in customer service role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proven SAP skills (Sales Distribution/ OTC)
- Business level written and spoken Japanese and English
