カスタマーサービス/ Customer Service

A multinational industrial technology manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service professional. The selected candidate will manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and support sales activities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders using SAP in compliance with order policies
• Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
• Review customer backlog weekly to meet billing and performance targets
• Coordinate with factories and internal teams to improve order and delivery processes
• Handle order issues, complaints, returns, and replacements
• Support customer visits and sales initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• More than 3 years of experience in customer service role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proven SAP skills (Sales Distribution/ OTC)
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English
