パーツコーディネーター/ Parts Coordinator

A global automotive manufacturer is looking for a Parts Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts business, including order handling, inventory management, and logistics. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and organisation of parts business
• Maintain, develop, and improve parts operations related to sales orders and purchasing
• Focus on generating profit and controlling costs
• Ensure high turnover and minimise scrapping risk
• Guarantee stock availability and timely delivery to customers
• Communicate delivery information to customers and manage warehouse stock balance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position is a plus
• Prior experience in the automotive industry especially in the commercial vehicle industry is ideal
• Proven managerial and leadership experience
• Background in supply chain and pricing
• Prior background in ERP (purchasing, sales, pricing, and logistics controlling)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English
