地域営業マネージャー/ Area Sales Manager
A global industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for an Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, build a strong pipeline, and support strategic customer development.
Responsibilities:
- Drive quarterly pipeline growth and achieve targeted profitability
- Deliver annual booking targets and support 15% YoY growth
- Manage accurate forecasts and reporting using CRM
- Identify and develop underserved or strategic accounts
- Build customer penetration strategies and engage with end-users
- Provide input for product and service innovation based on customer needs
Requirements:
- Experience in selling rotating equipment in the chemical, industrial, P&P, refineries, O&G markets and general industries accounts
- Prior experience in channel, distributor, EPC, licensor
- Proven experience in commercial negotiation
- Background in Dynamics CRM
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal English
