A global IT services company is looking for a Sales (ITBS). The selected candidate will lead sales initiatives, strengthen partner relationships, and expand revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue from new and existing accounts
  • Develop winning sales strategies based on market and competitor insights
  • Execute plans to grow customer base in Japan
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, partners, and consultants

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above or engineering
  • 8-15 years of sales experience in an information technology company
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM, account planning, effort estimation and pricing methods
  • Bilingual level Japanese and English
