A global electronics engineering solutions company is looking for a Regional Service Sales & Delivery Manager. The selected candidate will lead service sales and delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional service sales plans aligned with business goals
  • Manage forecasts and pipelines to drive bookings and revenue
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales organisation
  • Drive market expansion through strategic sales initiatives and pursuit management
  • Oversee service delivery operations, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technical domain (MBA or equivalent ideal)
  • More than 15 years of experience in sales or service delivery
  • More than 7 years in supervisory or managerial role
  • Ability and willingness to travel
