A global hospitality company is hiring a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive proactive sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and optimize client relationships to increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Drive proactive sales strategies for assigned segments and accounts
- Qualify business opportunities and recommend appropriate hospitality solutions
- Develop actionable sales plans and coordinate with account teams
- Maintain accurate sales data and reporting systems
- Manage the BT pricing process, including RFP execution and account service
- Support customer relationship management and loyalty initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is ideal
- Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in verbal English
