A global healthcare company is hiring a Business Sales Leader, Dental Solutions. The selected candidate will drive sales growth through strategic leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to expand customer base and boost revenue
  • Lead the sales team in implementing the annual strategy and achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with regional and global leaders to manage financials and drive performance
  • Monitor team sales activities, provide regular forecasts, and ensure goal alignment
  • Deliver market insights to inform product positioning and business direction
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members aligned with business goals

Requirements:

  • More than 15 years of experience in the dental products or medical device industry
  • More than 5 years of experience managing a sizeable team
  • Experience in sales or marketing management role or similar in a business setting
  • Prior experience in building strong channel partner relationships and managing overall channel processes
  • Proven experience in developing a high-performance culture
  • Business level English
