A renowned international food manufacturing company is looking for a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key customer relationships, develop strategies, and ensure effective execution of sales and promotional plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Study market trends, industry culture, and consumer behavior to understand key customers
  • Analyse competition, sales, distribution, and pricing information to identify business opportunities
  • Set objectives and define strategies for each key customer to drive growth
  • Plan and allocate promotional funds, including customer-specific demos and contests
  • Communicate strategy to distributors, providing necessary training and ensuring proper execution
  • Track performance, analyse results, and visit stores to improve brand merchandising

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales and KAM
  • Experience in B2C
  • Prior experience in sales to wholesales (large distribution companies is a plus) that handle food, beverage, and household products for supermarket
  • Background in commerce and marketing
  • Prior background in FMCG
  • Understanding of the retail market
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
