セールスデベロップメント代表/ Sales Development Representative
A multinational information services company is looking for a Sales Development Representative. The selected candidate will qualify inbound and outbound leads, coordinate meetings, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads using multi-channel outreach within 24 hours
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to create new opportunities
- Qualify leads through discovery calls based on firmographics and needs
- Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM
- Provide feedback to improve lead quality and targeting
- Use AI SDR tools to scale outreach activities
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation or prospecting
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Possess a creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
- Business level Japanese
