A multinational information services company is looking for a Sales Development Representative. The selected candidate will qualify inbound and outbound leads, coordinate meetings, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads using multi-channel outreach within 24 hours
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to create new opportunities
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls based on firmographics and needs
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM
  • Provide feedback to improve lead quality and targeting
  • Use AI SDR tools to scale outreach activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation or prospecting
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Possess a creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
  • Business level Japanese
