事業計画・分析マネージャー/ Business Planning & Analysis Manager

A global pharmaceutical company seeks a Business Planning & Analysis Manager to drive commercial insights and forecast activities for a dedicated brand. The role involves delivering key insights and managing forecasting to support brand performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead forecasting and performance tracking through primary market research and secondary analytics
• Address business challenges with relevant analytical approaches
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure objective insights into sales forecasting and product performance
• Translate research findings into actionable insights to influence decision-making
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met
• Apply innovative solutions to complex issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a natural science-related domain
• 2-3 years of experience in sales forecasting in a pharmaceutical company in Japan
• More than 2 years of experience in management consulting firm
• Experience in an international pharmaceutical company in the Japanese marketplace
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of industrial data (JD-Net, IQVIA, Ultmarc, MDV, JMDC, etc.)
• Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, implementation, and stabilization)
• Fluent level written and verbal English
