A multinational information analytics company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive new business growth while managing and expanding existing client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Uncover client issues and collaborate internally to deliver tailored solutions
  • Apply 3C Selling principles across a defined sector
  • Manage sales pipelines and develop target-achieving strategies
  • Represent the business at key industry events and conferences
  • Enhance client satisfaction and retention through effective portfolio management
  • Build strategic account plans to grow revenue and demonstrate ROI

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B data or solution sales
  • Proven success in managing full sales cycles and building strong client relationships
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in tech or analytics
  • Strong prospecting and strategic selling skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client visits, conferences, and internal meetings
