コマーシャル&アライアンスマネージャー/ Commercial & Alliance Manager
A global fintech company is seeking a Commercial & Alliance Manager. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, digital acquisition, and alliance development. This is a full remote setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L and drive product profitability
- Lead digital customer acquisition with marketing collaboration
- Build and manage resellers, affiliates, and ecosystem partners
- Define monetisation models, including revenue sharing and affiliate programs
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to scale platform reach
- Deliver business insights to guide product and revenue strategy
- Ensure smooth partner integration and service adoption
- Track and report commercial KPIs, including revenue forecasts
- Represent the company at events to boost brand and partnerships
- Launch co-marketing and affiliate campaigns with partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or business development in SaaS/fintech/payments
- Experience in B2B financial services, payment processors, or accounting tools is ideal
- Proven strategic partnership and deal-making experience
- Possess a valid MBA qualification is a plus
- Fluent level English; business level Japanese
