A renowned semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and market insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools and reports
  • Communicate sales goals and progress to management and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Present value propositions through compelling presentations and proposals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering or a relevant domain
  • More than 10 years of experience in sales
  • More than 2 years of IP sales experience is ideal
  • Background delivering geo sales and organisational results within complex and highly matrixed global corporations
  • Knowledge with complex IP sales
  • Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
