A renowned semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and market insight.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools and reports
- Communicate sales goals and progress to management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Present value propositions through compelling presentations and proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering or a relevant domain
- More than 10 years of experience in sales
- More than 2 years of IP sales experience is ideal
- Background delivering geo sales and organisational results within complex and highly matrixed global corporations
- Knowledge with complex IP sales
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
