アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A global information services company is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute customer-focused sales strategies to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customer-focused sales strategies aligned with company policies
• Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts and oversee sales reporting
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market analysis
• Monitor competitor activity and assess impact on sales performance
• Manage key account status and maintain strong client relationships
• Engage customers regularly through calls, meetings, and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in B2B sales
• Prior experience in new sales
• Proven experience in sales (direct sales and distributors) to the health science market (medical workers such as doctors and nurses) is ideal
• Understanding of online information, publishing industry, and library market is preferred
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese
