顧客価値創造マネージャー/ Customer Value Creation Manager
A multinational technology and payment solutions company is looking for a Customer Value Creation Manager. The selected candidate will support client acquisition and retention by developing strategic, consultative approaches for value creation. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement value-driven strategies to position the company as a strategic partner
- Support sales team in delivering consultative proposals to clients
- Utilise internal assets such as data and marketing services to enhance customer value
- Collaborate with business analysts to generate insights and recommendations
- Drive merchant retention and acquisition in response to upcoming regulatory changes in Japan
- Provide governance and content to guide client-facing teams
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Native level spoken Japanese; fluent level English
