A global internet technology company is looking for a Mass Account Acquisition and Incubation Manager. The selected candidate will develop growth strategies, manage seller communication channels, and drive scalable seller incubation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for SMB sellers in Japan
  • Manage multi-channel seller communication and support
  • Drive engagement and performance of SMB sellers on e-commerce platform
  • Identify scalable methods for mass incubation and campaign activation
  • Analyse seller segments and root causes of performance issues
  • Provide insights to enhance products and improve internal processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 3 years of experience in mass account management or mass incubation
  • Experience managing hundreds of sellers
  • Prior experience in commerce platforms, leading consulting or internet companies is preferred
  • Understanding of Japan eCommerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation
  • Proficient in English and Japanese
