A global software company is looking for a Sr Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic account growth, manage client relationships, and lead solution development to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic customer accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Develop and execute client strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored software solutions
  • Monitor client business priorities and industry trends to inform account planning
  • Maintain deep understanding of account software usage and competitor presence
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes including RFPs, bidding, negotiation, and closing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in software sales or in a consultative selling role
  • Knowledge with process modelling software products and services, advance process control/ real time optimisation, manufacturing execution systems and planning, and scheduling solutions is ideal
  • Understanding of asset management and maintenance business processes
  • Ability and willingness to travel
