A global electronic components company is looking for a Proposal Sales/ Account Manager in the motorcycle industry. The selected candidate will manage key OEM and Tier 1 accounts and lead cross-functional coordination from development to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and provide support to OEM and Tier 1 manufacturers
  • Conduct meetings with design and purchasing teams to promote products and define specifications
  • Follow up on quality, cost, and delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and grow business share
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, technical, and manufacturing teams
  • Manage development-to-delivery processes in coordination with Japan and overseas teams
  • Communicate with overseas offices to share information and strengthen global collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 3 years of experience as a sales representative at an agency-consultation
  • Experience in sales of electronic components to motorcycle, automobile, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, trucks/bus-related manufacturers is ideal
  • Prior experience in connector sales regardless of industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Possess valid driver’s licence
  • Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 750+)
