A leading telecommunications company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic engagement across mission-critical sectors and drive revenue growth through C-level relationship management and solution selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and engagement plans for key accounts in power, rail, public safety, and defense sectors
  • Drive cross-functional teams to execute account and opportunity plans
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet quotas
  • Identify business pain points and align solutions with customer KPIs
  • Lead C-level meetings to secure executive sponsorship and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand sales impact

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales in a technology company selling to communication enterprises and service providers in mission-critical segments (utilities, Utelco, transportation, public safety, defence) in Japan
  • Experience selling to cloud providers, managed service providers (MSPs), or systems integrators in Japan is a plus
  • Background in achieving more than 4M€ annual sales quota
  • Knowledge of Data Center Fabric & SDN
  • Understanding of Cloud Platforms (VMware, OpenStack, AWS Outposts, Azure Stack, etc.)
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement is a plus
