オーダーメイド職人/ Made-to-Measure Artisan

A foreign luxury eyewear brand is looking for a Made to Measure Artisan. The chosen candidate will provide exceptional made-to-measure and optical services, including client eye exams, prescription consultations, and lens fittings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the accurate filling of prescriptions and ensure the timely delivery of eyewear products
• Build strong relationships with opticians and optometrists
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert recommendations on frames, lenses, and vision solutions
• Support in driving sales for optical services, including frames, lenses, and prescription products
• Help meet key sales targets for appointment bookings, eyewear sales, and prescription conversions
• Contribute to the analysis of optical sales performance
• Ensure all optical equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and meets industry standards
• Help manage the inventory of lenses, frames, and optical tools
• Assist in training and guiding the optical team on product knowledge

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in high-end or luxury retail environment (optical services is preferred)
• Experience in client-based business models, with a focus on building relationships, client retention, and sales growth
• Experience in providing optical services such as eye exams, prescriptions, and fittings
• Proficient in MS Office and Shopify
• Ability to analyse sales data, manage inventory, and generate performance reports
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess a valid optician license
