マーチャンダイザー/ Merchandiser

A global luxury goods company is looking for a Merchandiser. The selected candidate will oversee demand planning, assortment strategy, and stock optimization to support sales growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust monthly sales forecasts in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
• Define market targets and seasonal strategies with central operations
• Lead new product launch planning with commercial and marketing teams
• Manage product assortment and validate seasonal stock adjustments based on store needs
• Recommend stock reallocation strategies to optimise inventory and maximise sales
• Conduct data analysis and improve tools to support decision-making and project coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in merchandising, supply chain, analytics, or engineering
• prior experience in ERP is ideal (SAP is preferred)
• Business level Japanese and English (spoken French is a plus)
