MDマネージャー/ MD Manager

An international luxury brand is looking for an MD Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective merchandising plans that align with the company's overall strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage performance daily, monthly and annually, maintaining the teams’ productivity and accountabilities
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising flow, from initial purchasing to distribution to stores
• Monitor sales budget and revenue
• Manage inventory levels, stock run rates, and stock obsolescence
• Monitor trends in the marketplace and adjust merchandise mix accordingly
• Determine each store’s delivery flow
• Collaborate with various departments such as VMD, warehouse, store management, Retail, IT and head office

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of MD experience in the luxury industry
• Proficient in analysing data and summarising findings for executive-level presentations
• Strong reporting metrics and analytics skills
• Skilled at driving results while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Excellent collaboration skills an international setting
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent level written and verbal English
