サプライチェーン＆オペレーション シニアマネージャー/ SC & Operations Sr. Manager

A global luxury jewelry brand is looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Senior Manager. The selected candidate will oversee Japan's stock management, collaborate with local teams, and refine import/export strategies. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Japan stock levels and quality
• Organise monthly BTQ Manager meetings
• Collaborate with the commercial team to define Japan event package stock in line with global targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesalers regarding orders and stock availability
• Handle High Jewelry requests from BTQ
• Develop local After Sales strategy and organize repairs with HQ
• Act as liaison with local transportation vendors, including 3PL
• Refine best practices for import/export operations in collaboration with HQ
• Act as key contact for 3PL on all matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of CEGID and M3 is a plus
• Fluent level English and French is preferred
