戦略的サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Strategic Supply Chain Manager

A renowned international eCommerce company is looking for a Strategic Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will lead initiatives to optimise sourcing, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Propose logistics improvements and supply chain programs to vendors
• Resolve vendor-specific supply chain challenges
• Analyse financial data to identify operational inefficiencies
• Implement strategies to reduce lead time for customer deliveries
• Develop sourcing and procurement strategies to achieve cost savings
• Plan initiatives to lower inventory, shipping, and return-related costs

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organisational development, instructional design or related field is preferred
• More than 5 years of experience in program or project management
• More than 2 years of experience in driving process improvements is ideal
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive enhancement
• Prior experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Proven experience in data analysis is a plus
• Business level Japanese
