サプライチェーンアソシエイト/ Supply Chain Associate

An international protection solutions company is looking for a Supply Chain Associate. The selected candidate will manage data reporting, inventory control, and operational support to optimise supply chain performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse operation data and generate reports to provide business insights
• Develop and present analyses to leadership and stakeholders
• Create dashboards to track progress against KPIs
• Standardise and automate reporting processes
• Manage inventory levels and minimise stock losses
• Oversee daily inventory transfers, repair orders, and export procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years in business data analytics
• Practical experience in export/import procedures, especially air freight
• Experience with Oracle preferred
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
