SCMスペシャリスト/ SCM Specialist

An international technology company is seeking an SCM Specialist. The selected candidate will manage supply chain operations, coordinate with global teams, and drive efficiency in supply processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage product demand plans for finished products and consigned parts
• Coordinate with EMS suppliers to ensure timely and sufficient supply
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent over/under-supply issues
• Oversee logistics and transportation from ODM/EMS to customers
• Ensure compliance with SCM regulations and prepare regular reports
• Identify and implement process improvements for supply chain operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 700+)
