サプライデマンドプランナー/ Supply Demand Planner

A multinational agriculture company is looking for a Demand Supply Planner. The selected candidate will manage demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimisation to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage forecasts and stock availability for assigned product categories
• Collect, optimise, and validate short-term and long-term demand forecasts
• Monitor production arrivals, manage work orders, and ensure stock quality
• Balance demand and supply to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Lead the S&OP process, presenting analysis and proposals for product categories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as the main Supply Chain contact

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, materials planning, supply planning, capacity planning or MRP system
• Experience in S&OP or mid-term planning is ideal
• Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERP system is preferred
• Knowledge of the seed sector, including production cycles, sales, processing, phytosanitary, or related regulations, is a plus
• Proficient in Excel for data mining, pivot analysis, and issue detection
• Business level English (CEFR B1+) and Japanese (CEFR C1+)
