ファクトリーインダイレクトマネージャー/ Factory Indirect Manager

An international food and beverage company is looking for a Factory Indirect Manager. The selected candidate will lead sourcing strategies to support business goals through supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing strategy development for CAPEX and OPEX in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
• Execute sourcing strategies to optimise cost, quality, schedule, service, innovation, and supply security
• Manage annual CAPEX spend, including supplier research and contract negotiations
• Oversee OPEX spend overing waste management, chemicals, and energy
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to report project status, supplier management, and spending
• Manage cash-out processes by negotiating payment terms, down payments, and payment schedules to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in plant CAPEX sourcing as a buyer or plant engineer with supplier communication
• Proficient in negotiation, tender management, contracting, supplier relationship management, industrial analysis, benchmarking, inflation forecasting, and should-cost modelling
• SAP process knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
