調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

A global medical equipment manufacturer is looking for a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead procurement and facility operations while optimising supplier relationships, cost structures, and workplace strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term procurement strategy aligned with business needs
• Manage supplier relationships and mitigate supply risks
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement standards
• Oversee procurement operations in coordination with the Shared Service Center
• Lead facility planning, real estate strategy, and workplace improvements
• Supervise and develop a team of procurement and facility specialists

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of procurement practices, standards and guidelines
• Understanding of medical equipment is a plus
• Nativel level Japanese; business level English
