契約調達スペシャリスト/ Contract Procurement Specialist

A global lubricant manufacturer is looking for a Contract Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will manage operational contracts, support compliance and digitalisation efforts, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive business value. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts and related processes
• Support operational excellence and digitalisation initiatives
• Act as a key point of contact for specific tasks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to add business value
• Develop sourcing strategies based on analysis
• Handle sourcing, negotiations, and post-contract management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 6 years of experience in MNC
• More than 3 years of experience in contracting and procurement
• Experience in lubricants, chemical, or automotive-related industries is a plus
• Prior experience in packaging, finished lubricants, logistics, and Engineering and Operation) is a preferred
• Possess valid CIPS or CPSM qualification is ideal
• Fluent level verbal and written English and Japanese

• 潤滑油、化学、または自動車関連業界での実務経験尚可
• 関連カテゴリー（包装・潤滑油製品アウトソーシング・物流・エンジニアリング&オペレーション）での経験尚可
• 大規模な組織変革やチェンジマネジメントの経験尚可
